:Furqan is a good guy, but I know that doesn't help your current situation. :Were the parts being deliverd from NYX to your shop, or being delivered from some supplier? If from NYX, was it UPS/FedEX/courier or do they have an employee deliver goods? :I know shipping out this was was a bit delayed from all the rain that fell during the last week of December, stores were empty, roads were closed. :He was going to have one of his own deliverer's take it over there, it was directly from his shop to another shop (nd autocare). He said he did try to deliver it last wednesday and yesterday. However it dosn't seem logical that they would just go ahead and drive 30 minutes away without calling the shop and seeing what time they close or atleast talking with them before hand.
